SCORM Doesn't show cyrillic letters
I've tried every SCORM (1.2 , 2004 2-4th edition) all of the don't display answer for multiple choice questions. For the ShortAnswer question everything works perfectly.
i've tried creating new project and adding questions there with cyrillic and latin letters, only cyrillic don't diplay.

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with your Cyrillic text not displaying.
I have a couple of follow-up questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Does the course look as expected within Storyline?
- Have you checked to see that your LMS can support the Cyrillic text within the menu
You may want to test the course at SCORM Cloud, an industry standard for testing SCORM Content, and see how it behaves there.
If you can replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, can you share the .story file with us either publicly here or privately in a case? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.

I'm testing at SCORM Cloud, and as u can see at my screenshot above it does support Cyrillic text. Yes my course work as expected within Storyline. I can't share my .story file.

Instead of sharing the project file, could you share a sample file with one multiple choice question in the language and font used so we can test on our end?
