Screen cuts off when menu collapses automatically
Hi,
I've created a training, in which the first Slide it's the title with a button to Start, I applied to the slide that the menu doesn't show, when the learner pass to the second slide the menu collapses in order for them to view the content.
I would like to keep this configuration, but when the course advances to another slide with the collapsed menu, the screen looks cut-off as in the attached image, I can scroll down and to the sides, but this shouldn't be this way, is there a way to avoid this?
This happens with lots of my trainings.

It looks like you tried to share a screenshot of the issue. Would you mind trying to attach it again so we can look at what you're seeing?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
on your slide master add two triggers:
on timeline start adjust player.ZoomToFit to True
on timeline start adjust player.ZoomToFit to False
And that will fix the issue
