Sorry this is happening; I'm happy to help figure this out, so let's jump in with these tactics:
- Try a quick repair of Storyline, and be sure to restart the computer after the install.
- Setting the monitor display to 100%, then restarting the computer is what fixed this for Claire.
- Are you using dual screens? Confirming the main display is what clued Sivan into their issue.
