Screenreader only reading half of the transcript and then cuts off

We are getting reports that the screenreader is only getting halfway through the transcript and then it cuts off. We are using Storyline 3 if that makes a difference. I haven't been able to find out if it is because of a setting.

    Happy to help!

    I'm not aware of any known issues right now in Storyline 3 that will cause screen readers to cut off half way through reading content. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Which screen reader are you using? Storyline 360 supports JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers with our supported browsers. If your screen reader is not using the latest version, try updating to see if this helps. 
    • Have you tried using other browsers to troubleshoot the behavior?
    • Are you running the latest update of Storyline 3?

    Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can see if we'll be able to replicate the behavior on our end? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
