Setting Global Font Color in RISE
I apologize if I missed any existing posts on this topic.
I am wondering if there is a way to set font color globally in RISE for paragraph text. It seems to default to a grey color, which isn't enough contrast for us.
To avoid the laborious task of having to manually change that for each text block, is there a way to designate this to apply globally?
I only see the option in Theme settings to set the contrast color and font. Not seeing anywhere you can designate the color for paragraph text.

+4 votes on this from my colleagues and I. Such an excruciating pain point that wastes so much development time.
Share surprise of previous posters that this has been an active request for so many years for something that seems so simple to adjust on the back end with the change of a hex code.
Articulate, are you able to respond to let us know if this is on your radar for a feature update in 2023? I'm sure you have a lot of requests to work through, but this seems like a quick win that would make a lot of your user base happy. - LukeAllis-3f8b3Community Member
+1 This should be a feature in-general, regardless of being able to use the blocks this way. I mean, it's kinda weird this wasn't a feature in the first place.

AMAZING. Is there a "Mark as SUPER HELPFUL" button?

Hooray!!! Thanks for listening to our feedback and changing the default color to black!

Am I missing something? I created a new text block and the color was still grey, not black. I can't see a setting for it.
thanks
Hi there, Chris! I recorded this 40-second Peek video for you to show you how the text color should be true black (#000000) when you insert a text block.
If you're not seeing the same thing from your side, you may simply need to close your Rise 360 course and open it again for editing.
If it still isn't working, please send me a similar Peek video to show me what's going on!

This company is incredible. They literally let major issues blocking customer sit for 5 freaking years. Stay tuned for an alternative. Too bad Rise is busy blowing their money on garbage features nobody wants

I'd rather be able to set my own default text colors globally for a course or theme. True black is not in my organization's color palette.
