Perfect timing; I was coming on here to ask the exact same question.
We have a team of 15 and every lesson needs to be shared with every member. It is - of course - arduous to enter every email in per lesson. I'm surprised there isn't even a quick fill option when typing in. Or bulk entry.
Thoughts:
1. When duplicating a course, choose to include collaborators (this would be the winner for us as we work from templates)
2. Create groups, as suggested above.
