Signed into the dashboard, but the desktop app won't connect
Anyone else experience this issue:
I'm signed into the dashboard, but the desktop app won't connect. So I can't open Storyline. I've tried restarting my computer, refreshing my browser, clearing cache, cookies, 360cleanup, etc... and no luck.
Anyone with any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated!

It launches chrome (chrome Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)), with this URL: https://id.articulate.com/oauth2/default/v1/authorize?response_type=code&nonce=0d694b8d29d6c3a913428b42cfcfb74a&state=ceac8a52464d723c07cfca1702d80609&code_challenge=AjwtVxM_rmjm69wVrmunrzncRTBwiY5Jmv5Mn5GtPuk&code_challenge_method=S256&client_id=0oaajzcsjphvmDtIW356&scope=openid
with this error: {"name":"AxiosError"}

I'm having the exact same issue. I even tried un-installing/reinstalling Articulate and it did NOT help at all. Going to submit a case via https://access.articulate.com/support/contact/360-teams

Hi Julie,
If you're still experiencing issues with accessing the Articulate apps, this is a workaround solution that TiborMrt-2f9147 shared with me and it worked:

'Basically make another browser as default in the windows, log in to Articulate in this browser and then click on the desktop sign in button.
1. Try signing in to the Articulate 360 website before signing in to the Articulate 360 desktop app. Just visit https://id.articulate.com/ and sign in using Edge or Firefox.
2. Change your computer's default browser to the one you used above and launch Articulate 360. If it works, you can set your default browser back to Chrome.'

This is nonsense. I bought a personal subscription for 1200 a week ago and cannot for the life of me get the desktop apps to work. I keep getting this crazy axios error or a prompt to install the program again. Ive reset my password numerous times and have used various browsers. Ive used the batch file as directed by support and nothing. Still waiting for their reply from (2) days ago. Ive simply had enough and considering getting my money back and finding something else.

Same issue. Purchased the subscription for $1,500 but the desktop won't even let me log in. Is this a scam?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into the Articulate 360 desktop application!
I see that you've opened a support case and connected with my teammate, Amlan. If uninstalling, then re-installing the desktop app didn't help, it's possible the network endpoints may need to be configured to establish an open communication between domains. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article, to your organizations 'allowlist'.
