Slider is difficult to move

For a little background on my usage of "sticky" when describing the slider. I haven't created a ton of sliders as you might have been able to tell. I did create a version a while back, but no longer have the file. I have that file added to one of my Rise courses. That slider moves very easily. By this I mean that I can click and move to any point and the slider goes there. WIth the file I am working on, I have to click, move, release, click, move, release, etc. I have it set up to "while slider is dragged" which you would think would prevent this issue. I can't seem to figure it out.
