Slow typing/text entry in Rise

Hello

We are experiencing slow text entry speed (typing speed) in Rise 360 for the past 5 days. What I mean is, as I type it takes some seconds for the keyboard entry to appear on screen. This is the same company wide for all users of Rise 360.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  It would be great if this can fixed ASAP please!

    Hello, Sumant! We noticed the same problem, and we recently fixed the issue. Please refresh your Rise 360 browser window, and let us know if you're still seeing a lag from your side.

      Hi Alyssa, thank you for your quick reply! Two of us tested it just before and it seems to have gone. Phew, that's great as we are quite busy in Rise at the moment. Thank you!
