Stage blackens when I select transcript
Hello, I am updating a WBT I did not create. When I select the Transcript icon, the stage blackens. How can I change this setting so that the stage is still visible even when the transcript is showing.

Thanks so much for reaching out. Sorry to hear your reviewer is experiencing this issue.
I'd recommend a few things for your reviewer:
- Please have them try clearing their browser’s cache and cookies
- If that doesn't work, I would also recommend attempting to view the course in a different browser and see if that changes their experience.
