story.html not Opening Another Tab

I've been trying to upload my storyline project onto Google Cloud Storage so that I can add the link to my website to display it. However, when I test out the story.html file in Google Clo...
you have to upload the course with ALL files (html, css, js, ...) to a web server
a normal cloud storage cannot display html web pages
you can upload your course to Review 360 (this is a real web server)
