Story Size Set Up Function Auto Changes
For every storyline 360 course I create I use the same template with story size 16:9 (960x540). When I go back into the files to edit they've all auto changed to 'Custom' (720x405). How do I stop this from happening?

When starting a project in Storyline, it automatically defaults to 720 x 540 pixels, which means a 4:3 aspect ratio. The saved template you apply to your .story file will take the Story size of your current project (not the template's story size).
When you create a new file, you will need to adjust the size to 16:9 before applying the template.
