Storyline - preview and publish not showing slides
And to further expand - it was the OTF version of the fonts that were creating an issue. Once I've figured that out I've converted them to TTF and everything was fine.
The chat with AI support bot suggested that might be an issue although it's listed as fixed on July 7, 2020 (Build 3.41.22509.0).
Thanks for your post.
I've hit this same wall. I did not think of checking the fonts.
I hope that I can find a TTF version of the desired font.

I've just run into the same problem but I am using a TTF font. The font is Poppins I checked the TTF files' properties to confirm it's TTF. I checked the project again with Open Sans, no problem. I've attached a file with three slides. 1 uses Poppins (blank preview), 2 uses Tittilium (another TTF), 3 uses Open Sans. 2 & 3 preview fine.
Poppins is our default font so a bit of an issue 😃 Anyone got any ideas?

When I preview your slides, the slide with Poppins font loads just fine on my end. Have you tried uninstalling Poppins and then downloading and installing a fresh version from Google Fonts, for example? Make sure the font is not accidentally installed on a network drive. To avoid issues, install it directly on the C: drive, preferably in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.

Thanks Nedim - you put me on the right track.
We recently upgraded to Win11 - Poppins was showing in storyline font selection, but when I went to uninstall it, it wasn't showing up in my fonts list (under settings>personalisation). So, I reinstalled it and now preview of the slides works fine.
Maybe a Win11 upgrade issue?
