Storyline 3 - Updates 13, 14 and 15 GIF Problem
Hi my team is having problem publishing courses in Storyline 3 with animated gifs on versions update 13, 14 and 15. It was working fine on Update 12. Is there a way to downgrade it? Can you guys repair it?
When in preview the gif doesnt work on those versions and when publishing the gif only goes half way.
Just sharing a little bit more.
The problem occurs when using a mask on a gif inside storyline 3.
