storyline audio includes deleted track once it is uploaded to Rise
Once uploaded to Rise, the first slide of a Storyline presentation is including a deleted audio track - so I get doubled audio. In the timeline, I see no additional audio track, and when I preview the slide within Storyline, I hear a clean track. I have done everything I can think of including restarting and switching browsers, from Brave to Chrome. I have viewed it in and out of preview - no change, and repeatedly, there is no visible second line of audio in my timeline for this slide, I am only seeing one audio icon on my slide in the lower left hand corner. Ideas? Thank you.

Sounds like there might still be a copy of the audio file you mentioned somewhere in your course. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
