Storyline crashing due to Vyond Video
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone may be able to help. My storyline 360 course doesn't seem to be working correctly after adding in Vyond characters and a video from Vyond. It is crashing and it won't let me preview the project or let me publish it. I have attached the photo of the error.
Are you working with the *.story file on your local system or is the file on a network share?
Are there other memory-intensive programs in use on your system at the same time?
Do you have multiple instances of Storyline open?
It could also simply be that your system needs a restart. But if these steps don’t provide anything to fix the problem, I would open a case with Articulate support.

I'm glad JHauglie is providing excellent help here. I agree with his recommendations. If a restart doesn't fix the issue, try running these steps to fix installation issues.
