Storyline crashing/closing when Update reminder pops up
Recently Storyline randomly closes (without saving/backing up) when the update reminder pops up in Windows...anyone else experiencing this? It has happened twice today!

You might be running into similar issues we saw in Storyline 360 Update 53, where Storyline was closing unexpectedly.
If you're not in Update 54, consider updating and see if that helps with the error your seeing. If it doesn't, I'd like to get our support team to take a closer look and provide further guidance!
No, I am stuck on a much older version because of an unresolved bug from December 2020.
The 2 times it happened yesterday were each followed almost immediately by the reminder to upgrade the version.
