Sorry to hear your learners are encountering this snag! I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue that’s causing your Storyline 360 course to freeze!
I just had some clarifying questions first:
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring.
- Is the issue happening with a single project file or just files in general?
- If it's a particular file, we’d recommend importing your slides into a new file.
- If it's any/all files, we’d recommend performing a repair of your software.
