Storyline is not responding whenever I click 'Form View' to work on a question

Can you please try again on your post by clicking Add Attachment?

My initial suggestion, without seeing the error, would be a quick repair. Check out the step-by-step instructions here! 

If the repair doesn't solve the issue, the next suggestion would be to open a support case with our engineers.

Thanks for your prompt and kind response.

I have tried uninstalling the desktop, and reinstalling it, following step-by-step instructions. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. Storyline is error when I was trying to adjust form view. 

I have attached my file here for your investigation. Please help.

In your original post above, you mentioned receiving an error, but I'm not seeing that information attached.

Since you've already done a bit of troubleshooting, I've opened a support case on your behalf so that you can work directly with our team. You should be hearing from someone soon.
