Storyline not publishing to Review
Hello all,
My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

I've attempted to publish from Storyline to Review 360 approximately 12 times this morning and every attempt has failed. This used to happen to me but would eventually work (hence why I keep persisting) but it doesn't seem to be working full stop currently. It's infuriating to say the least. What's going on?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing from Storyline to Review!
Do you experience the same issue when publishing from Storyline to LMS, or the Web? Also, can you try testing a separate course to see if it publishes successfully?

I am getting this error today. I downloaded the latest update on 8/21/25. Is anyone else having this issue?

We tried different course on different device, it dose Not work. And before the issue, it reports internet connection issue as below pic
then we updated the storyline 360 version, it reports error again

I am still having the same issue and none one of my team members are able to publish

Thanks so much for reporting this to our team. I ran a quick test and was able to publish a Storyline 360 course to Review 360 without any issues. May I ask if this is happening only with this course, or with multiple courses? Are your team members attempting to publish this exact course? To start, please review the possible solutions listed here. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers as quickly as possible to get this resolved!

It's back for me as well, without clearing my cache. Clearly this was not a cache issue Articulate.

I submitted a case and they emailed me back saying to clear my browser cache and try again. I just tried again (without clearing my browser's cache) and it seems to work.
