STORYLINE PROBLEM
PLEASE HELP !
I have a big issue with storyline. I couldn't publish my project on review so I reached the support. They told me to uninstall articulate and reinstall. But now, I don't have access to storyline either... See the screenshots, it's empty, storyline is not showing...
I have attached error codes as well... It says something with the API...

I am also having the same issue and submitted a support case as mentioned in the above link
Hi SanduniFernando!
Sorry to hear you've also run into this setback!
I noticed you've connected with my teammate Mohan, through your support case. Great to hear the issue was resolved by signing out of the Articulate 360 desktop app, then back in.
If you run into any trouble moving forward, please let us know!
Hi ornellaLR!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing to Review 360, and accessing the Articulate 360 desktop apps!
I see that you're working with my colleague Mick, through your support case. As Mick shared, we've seen other users work around this behavior by logging out of the Articulate 360 desktop app, then signing back in again.
We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

Has anyone found the issue with not being able to upload to Review? My publish to Review gets to the upload to Review portion and then dies. It was working on December 23. I have tried uploading to an existing file and uploading to a new file.
I am weary of uninstalling and reinstalling if this is also causing issues.- CindyMonroe-109Community Member
Here is how I was able to fix this issue in case anyone else needs the info.
I did just launch the Articulate app and Storyline is not showing up there. Maybe it has somehow become disconnected from my 360 account. When I try troubleshooting I get an error that I must be signed in to access this API. Running diagnostics gave the message I must be signed in to access the API.
Logging out and logging in to Articulate fixed the issueHi, CindyMonroe-109!
I'm glad to hear that logging out and back in resolved the issue for you. Thanks for sharing with the community!
