Issues with Drag & Drop interactions in Storyline
Is anyone experiencing issues with drag & drop interactions in published Storyline courses?
We use SCORM 1.2 export filed in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and have been getting feedback about issues with drag & drop interactions.
Users have been reporting that items can't be dragged or that they receive a negative feedback in d&d quizzes although they have sorted items correctly. Some users experience these issues whereas everything works perfectly for others - so it is not clear, what the cause behind it is.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!
We also publish SCORM 1.2 to SuccessFactors and we have had similar user issues with drag-and-drop interactions reported by a variety of learners; so we have taken the approach of not using these interactions very much. (I can think of two that have worked correctly over the past several years. The two that have worked have been unscored interactions and not included in question banks.)
Thank you! OK so we're not the only ones experiencing this. It would be great to figure out what the cause it, I'd really love to be able to keep d&d interactions 😅
