Storyline Quiz in Workday
Hi,
We have created a quiz in Storyline and added this into Workday. We need to see grade and score for the quiz but we also need to see the questions and answers the learner had/gave as we are using a question bank and randomly picking 10 out of 150 questions. Once the SCORM 2004 was added to Workday, we select the Lesson Interaction Tracking and we get the view in the attachment below.
When previously creating a quiz in Rise the question/answer data pulled through, however we could not set the the quiz to only select 10 answer from the question bank so we couldn't use this option.
Any help/support/guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

The issue we had was when creating the quiz in storyline that the questions and answers weren't pulling through. We needed to be able to see what question the learner was asked as well as the answers they gave and whether they were right of wrong.
There was a lot of testing but I believe that uploading as 2004 4th edition gave us what we needed.

It looks like you're having trouble limiting the number of questions that are drawn from your question bank to 10 questions, is this correct? In the screenshot that you shared, only 10 items were shown so I might be interpreting your inquiry differently.
If the number of questions drawn is not the issue, would you mind clarifying what exactly is not getting reported correctly to your LMS? Additionally, you'll want to test your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is LMS specific.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at how you setup your question banks? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

It doesn't look like we heard back from Martina. I would recommend trying the steps that Joe listed above, and if those don't do the trick, then I'd recommend sharing your project with our team in a support case.

Hi Valentina, From what i can remember i think we input it into Workday as SCORM2004 4th edition and this worked to pull through the questions and answers.

My company is curious how you're able to access the results from Workday. How does Workday need to be configured to receive the individual results? Any insights you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
