Storyline screen recording
Hi, when I try to do a screen recording, the recording drops down and to the right. It goes so far down and to the right that it records blank/black spaces off my monitor.
I recorded in 16:9 ratio centered on this discussion. Attached is a screen copy of what is recorded.

Here are a few questions to help you troubleshoot:
- Are you using a second monitor?
- Is the resolution of your monitor(s) set to 100% scale (96 DPI)?

Are both monitors set to 100% scale (96 DPI) resolution? If they're not, let's try setting them up that way to see if the recording works as expected.
