Storyline screen recording

I am current have a problem when I am doing a screen recording.

All the mouse clicks and movements are not captured. 

Only the 1st few click are captured, you can see the movement happing in the video, is there any support email where I can share my project so you can view the issue I'm having. Please note it worked fine on one of my test runs, but now does not and I have tried it many times.

    Please feel free to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
