Stuck or loading in the platform

Hi,

I have a SCORM package uploaded to SAP Litmos. A few of the learners have been complaining that they are getting stuck in some of the slides. Even after checking the Internet connection, or retrying to complete the course, they are getting stuck with the loading screen (showing three dots). I was looking for solutions when I came across this (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/storyline-issue-stuck-loading) discussion. I was wondering if the loading problems have any correlation with the with a corrupted slides. I have used only the system fonts (no external fonts are used) nor have I used any variables. Also I am able to preview the slides without any issues.

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Hello Jennifer!

    We are happy to help! It sounds like the course becomes stuck when loading in the LMS, SAP Litmos. Have you tried testing the course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud to see if this issue is specific to SAP Litmos?

    I'd recommend testing the course in SCORM cloud if you haven't already. Please keep us updated on your testing.
