Did you use the same email address for your Rise trial and paid subscription accounts?

I'm happy to chime in, and I appreciate Karl's help! It looks like you created a support case as well, and you're working with my colleague, Lejan. He suggested sending copies of your Rise courses to your paid subscription since your trial account uses a different email.
I encourage you to continue coordinating with Lejan until the courses are transferred. You're in good hands with him.
