Switch from Trial to Company Subscription but want to Keep Trial Project

I recently received a license from my company to use Rise 360.  When I clicked on the link provided by my company it took me to the trial subscription and not the company subscription.  Should I close the trial subscription? And if I do so will I lose the work I was doing under trial or can I save it somewhere and transfer to my company subscription?

    Did you use the same email address for your Rise trial and paid subscription accounts?

    Hi Destinee,

    I'm happy to chime in, and I appreciate Karl's help! It looks like you created a support case as well, and you're working with my colleague, Lejan. He suggested sending copies of your Rise courses to your paid subscription since your trial account uses a different email.

    I encourage you to continue coordinating with Lejan until the courses are transferred. You're in good hands with him.
