Symbol ">" not allowed in KCs
I used this symbol in a knowledge check Matching question and Rise changes it to ">>". I need this symbol to represent technology documentation.
Is there a fix for this?
Quotations also do not work, resulting in """
Hi Tessa!
Sorry to hear you've encountered this issue. We are investigating this issue where some characters, such as ampersand (&), quotation marks ("), greater than (>), and less than (<) characters, do not display correctly in the Matching and Fill in the Blank Knowledge Check questions.
We'll make sure to update this post once we make changes that will help. Thanks for letting us know about it!
Good news, Tessa!
The ">" and "<" symbols are now displayed correctly in knowledge check questions. Please have a look, and let us know how it works for you!
