Hi, all! I used a template slide in my latest project. Everything was fine at first, but then the objects in the slide disappeared. They are there when I preview the project and in Story View.
This is preventing me from fixing formatting issues and discovering why some of my team members are getting stuck on this slide. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

Missing objects or seeing thumbnail issues in slide view could indicate the presence of possible data corruption in your project file. You'll want to make sure that you are working locally when making changes to your course to minimize this risk.
As a troubleshooting step, try importing all of your project slides over to a new project to fix the issue. If this doesn't work, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can work on fixing your project file. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
I redownloaded the template slide and redid it. I think it got corrupted when I replaced one of the pictures with an image that was too small for the dimensions. Thank you!
