Text/Font Display Problem

Across multiple products produced with either Storyline 3 or SL360, particular users, within more restricted network environments are not able to see the text correctly (see attached screenshot).

  • It is happening within Moodle,
  • With certain kinds of items, but not others
  • Hosting the same product, on the same server as the Moodle platform, but outside of Moodle results in correct text display

    Thank you for sharing a screenshot with us! It sounds like this issue is only happening in Moodle and not any other web environment. If this is the case, I'd recommend reaching out to Moodle's support team to see if they've heard of a similar issue.
