"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported" in rise360

Hello,

I am uploading one video in mp4 format, uploading is successful, but when i try to preview or go to learning page its showing "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

I have shared the video file as well, please help me to fix it.

  • Hi Sadia! I'm sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the video file you uploaded to your Rise 360 course. I was able to duplicate the issue you reported using the video file you shared.

    I see that my colleague, Cleo, already reached out to you regarding this matter. He's asking for some information regarding the video tool you used to export or edit the video. Feel free to reply back to his email so that we can continue to troubleshoot the issue with you.

  • I am having this issue too, Ive tried replacing the two videos in my course with this issue and it has not helped. What else can I try?
