The previous Trigger is not working.

Hello everyone, 

I am having an issues with the previous button not working (it stays grey and unclickable.) My slides are set to "Jump to slide previous when the user clicks or swipes previous", but it is not working. The slide are set to "reset to initial state." I updated Articulate and also storyline 360 Beta is no longer available.
