Trigger with conditions not working

Hi! I'm relatively new to Storyline, been working with it for almost 2 months now. I was designated to work on a sign language word search game, which the user should watch the sign and then search for that specific word that he got. However, there's all the other words at the board that they might see before the right word and as they have freedom to click in whatever they want, they'll maybe check those letters to see if they're right.

If they're mistaken, I want a layer of warning to show up. And I've had success with it with the very first word, but when I try to do the same thing with the next one, it doesn't work.

I've tried to put on conditions but it feels like nothing works :(

Is there anyone that might save me? :)
