the Wrong answers

hey dears , 

i have an big problem with my trainings when people do there training no option for them to see what is the wrong answers on assessment , and when i try to fix that it gives me the what will be the right answer also ! 

kindly tell me how to do that i have been trying with all settings so i thought it's not possible
