TIME TO PAY FOR REACH 360

Hello, I have recently started using Reach 360 as my LMS. I have very important Clients currently taking courses on it and I have 2 big meeting tomorrow where I am demoing the LMS and courses to potential Clients. Completely out of the blue this evening I go to log in as if I was a potential learning and I get the attached message saying it's time to pay for the platform. My Articulate license is up to date and my understanding was that you get 300 free active users for Reach 360 and that you only need to upgrade to Pro if you have more than 300 licences. I have about 70 only.  I am not sure what to do. I cant even see where I would pay to get my Reach 360 platform back. When I try to log in from my Articulate 360 licence it offers me to start a free trial of Reach 360. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help. This could potentially destroy my business.

    So sorry to hear that you no longer have Reach 360 access. I can see that you have an Articulate 360 individual account. Reach 360 can only be accessed by those with teams accounts.

      Thank you so much. Since posting this I bought a teams subscription
      thinking it would upgrade my individual subscription and therefore solve
      the problem but instead it just added the team subscription to my profile
      and I am still not able to access my trail reach 360 profile that my
      learners are currently using. Please help me if you can. I am besides
      myself as I have 14 top executives who are in process of doing courses on
      my reach 360 platform. I hadn’t realised it was a trail! 🙈 and there was
      no warning to say it was coming to an end. I am currently online with
      Sheila who is trying to help me too. Thank you for your help I really
      appreciate it. I have this massive day tomorrow where I am meant to be
      showing platform to potential new clients as well. And I have been
      investigating upgrading to pro! Not realising I was on a trail 🙊😳🙈
