timeline and video stop as the audio continue

Hi

I have this bug (attached video) that says "on the first visit you won't see the video" and when I click on the timeline again, the video is displayed normally.

The audio and video are separated and on the diapositive and not on a layer, they and the timeline don't have any trigger, the timeline doesn't have a landmark where it stops.

But I don't understand because even if on the capture I touch the timeline a first time to go faster, it does the same thing as if I let the timeline flow normally.

I never had this problem before today, this diapositive was created a month ago and worked well until today.

If anyone has any idea what's going on or how to fix this, I'd like to know, thanks.

    Happy to help!

    If your course's behavior changed after installing a recent Storyline 360 update, can I ask if tried downgrading to one version down to fix the issue? 

    I'd also like to take a look at your project file to see if the issue can be fixed by adjusting your triggers. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
