Tracking correct/ incorrect questions

I am building several storyline modules that also have an asessment at the end. While I can have the scores transfer to LMS, I also need to be able to see which questions each of the learners taking the modules got correct/ incorrect. Is this possible to do? The goal is to identify any patterns - so for example if a particular questions was incorrect for several learners, then this would give me important feedback to investigate the learning materials associated with that question.

Any guidance on how to do this in stroyline is appreciated!

    Krupa, I believe you can do this with publishing to SCORM2004 (not 1.2). I am not familiar with TinCanAPI and my limited experience with using AICC does not indicate that it can be accomplished using that protocol. It's also probably a report configured within your LMS, rather than Storyline, since the performance output is not something that SL captures.
