Does anyone know of a way to track each attempt at a quiz with scorm that will share the score and how each question was answered and then if they fail and retake, the report will show the new attempt details as well? Is this LMS specific?

Most LMSs are capable of recording all responses from quiz attempts, but they can only record one final score per user. In SCORM Cloud, for example, this is what reporting would look like for a True/False single-item quiz taken 3 times before arriving at the correct answer.

If you need to report scores from all attempts to your LMS, you'll need to perform the additional steps of saving the scores to a variable and sending the values of the variables to your LMS.
