Transfer courses to a new instance of Rise

My company was just acquired and I need to move all my Rise courses from the current instance of Articulate to the new instance that my new company uses.
Is there a way to do this?

Need to send the source file for a Rise 360 course to other Rise 360 authors? It's easy! Just go to your Rise 360 dashboard, click the ellipsis (...) for the course you want to share, then choose Send a copy from the menu that appears.

Enter the email addresses of the Rise 360 users who should receive the course (separated by commas), change the default message if you'd like, and click Send.

Note: Recipients must be in your same regional data center.

We have two Articulate contracts/instances and I am working to combine them, some authors will be moved, can the authors not in the instance we are keeping, be added to the long term instance and send content from the other instance to themselves? Or should it be shared with another author and then transferred back to them?

Hi BethEberhardt! Happy to jump in here.

If you're adding users to the new subscription, just make sure to use the same email addresses they used on the old one. That way, all their personal content will carry over automatically.

For anyone not moving to the new subscription whose content you still want to keep, they can send copies of their Rise 360 courses to someone on the new subscription before their seat is removed. That ensures nothing gets lost.

Let me know if I’ve missed the mark or if you have any follow-up questions. I’m here to help!

Much appreciated, Karl!!  I'll also make sure that both accounts are in the same regional data center.   https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-EU-Data-Center?_ga=2.71949779.1173750516.1741565701-547142038.1721282181
