Translating Rise 360 Courses?
If you’re reading this post, I’m sure you’re aware of the challenges when translating a Rise 360 course:
- Rise 360 XLIFF files can be challenging for traditional CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) programs
- Translation vendors can find the Rise 360 format difficult to work with
- Rise 360 doesn’t provide an option to export to a readable format like Storyline
Thinking of these challenges, I thought it would be helpful to create a solution that (hopefully!) solves these three problems. Are you interested to find out more?
If so, here’s where you come in – I need a few people to test out my solution. You’ll need some Rise 360 courses and Windows 10.
Please drop me a line so I can get you the details in how to participate.
I’ll be making the application available in the Microsoft App Store soon.

- TobyDLockyerCommunity MemberHi Thor, I have a huge project in rise which requires localization. If you still need testers....I have some rise projects I need to localise. If you have released, Even better! let me know what your app is called. I have just spent 4 hours translating a module by hand....not looking forward to the other 10 modules and 3xlanguages. Why articulate chose Xliff is beyond me.
