trigger not working
New to Articulate...
I have a video slide that has a trigger When Video 1 completes jump to slide Q1
When previewing, when the video completes it does not jump to Q1. Just show 3 loading dots.
What am I doing wrong?
The arrow between these two slides is red. (see attachment)
Video is a Vyond video (mp4 file) with a length of 6.05

There is a chance the issue is with the Question Slide. If you put a normal slide after the video, will it jump to that one?
Can you share these slides?
Thanks for your assistance...it is a computer issue, a teammate has no issues with the navigation when previewing the course.
