Try mode - Change Callout Shape

I'm trying to create a Try Mode within a couse. our branding needs our boxes to have no outline, and square corners.

The callout the Try Mode uses had rounded corners with an outline. How can I change the callout it uses?

    Thank you.

I know how to do it on a case by case basis. I'm building procedures for a group of 10ish developers, and automating as much stuff in our process as possible.

If this could be done on a system defaults level, it would be a massive time saver.

  • Hi Andrew,

Currently, there's no way to set the default of a shape in try mode. Being able to do this would be a great idea for a feature request! You can submit one here. If the request makes it onto our feature roadmap, we’ll make sure to update you in this conversation!

    Thanks for reaching out!

Following up on this request/topic. We're also planning for a high volume of Try Mode/Test Mode simulations, with multiple content developers creating the interactions. Is there a way to change the default pop-ups and slide layers yet, to establish a template prior to creating the interactions?
The ability to establish a template based on preset colors, fonts, and other attributes dictated by our company's branding standards would prevent loads of time manually changing font and theme across multiple files if it could be set up to use those attributes at the creation of the interaction.

      Hi PatCummins!

Thanks for checking in on this!

I don't have any updates to share at this time as our development team prioritizes other features. I've included your voice in the request. We'll be sure to update you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest formatting one caption, then using the Format Painter tool to apply the same formatting design to subsequent captions.

Have a great rest of your week!
