trying to open Rise and "something went wrong" error message
Does anyone have a fix for "something went wrong" error message? It happens any time I try to open Rise? I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer and tried using another computer.

Thank you Audrey and Alyssa, I am still having this issue when using my work computer (secured network) with Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. I recently realized that I can access Articulate with no error message using Microsoft Edge. My IT guys tell me it is not the work network but when I use my home computer and every browswer works fine. Now I am having a similar issue when trying to work with other URLs such as Constant Contact.
Hi Audrey! Are you using a computer that is connected to a secured network? If so, do you notice a difference when you're using Rise 360 from a personal computer? I wonder if there's a security setting on your network that is causing this error message.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue using the Chrome browser. A restart on my computer seems to solve the problem for some hours of productivity but then the error message comes back again.
Grateful for any solutions that might be offered.

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing Rise 360. I can help! First, what web browser were you using when this happened? Did you use the same web browser on both computers?
