Unable to Preview

I am unable to preview in Storyline 360. When I preview either the slide, scene, or project, all I get is the player with nothing in it.  I have tried rebooting, I have tried creating new projects and importing my elements. Nothing works.  There are times when I can preview a slide but after editing or working in other areas of the project, the problem returns.  

 

UPDATE: I just uploaded the latest creative cloud update.
