Unable to transfer content

We need to urgently transfer content from one user/seat to another. Both are administrators. We have followed advice from your support team. Deadlines fast  approaching. Please help.

    I'm happy to help! You'll need to transfer content to a seatholder to access the content in Storyline 360. If you are transferring from Admin to Admin, then you won't be able to access the Team Slides in Storyline 360.
