[URGENT] "Continue" button disappeared & restricted stopped functioning

Hello E-Learning Heroes,

We have the same issue today. The "Continue" button works when connected via mobile device's browser but disappeared or doesn't work when connected via computer/laptop's browser (i.e. Chrome). I can't really delete the entire SCORM 1.2 course imported into our LMS (Rippling) because they are currently learners enrolled and working in progress on the course.

Also, the side navigation bar restricted function stopped working even though it is turned on before exported into SCORM 1.2. Not only these two issues including the "Continue" button are not functioning in Rippling LMS, they are not functioning in Articulate Reach 360 as well as I tested this morning.

Please help!

    If a user has already taken the course on the LMS, and the bookmarking feature is active on your LMS then it's possible that your course will 'remember' that a user has previously clicked the Continue button, so won't present it to the user again - I've seen this behaviour on a SAP LMS.
