User getting "Incorrect" Incorrect feedback in SL 360
We have seen this happen randomly. It's not something that we could pin down as a problem in either the LMS (SuccessFactors/SAP) or in the Storyline files. We resolved it (at least with the affected files) by instructing the users to clear their browser cache, close and restart the browser, and to ensure that they were connected to the LMS on a stable broadband or VPN connection.
In one case (at least) we also republished the files, but the LMS admin team sees this as the "last resort" option, because anyone who may be partially through the material would automatically have to restart the course. And the admins prefer to not get nasty emails from learners as much as possible.
So if it's only happening with these two users, then I would advise that you have them do "basic internet troubleshooting" - clear the cache, try a different browser, don't use a mobile device... and see what happens.
