No I cant remember I thought I'd booked marked it but obviously not.

We've searched high and low, but we couldn't find the email you were referencing without any more details. If you manage to find the email, could you please take a screenshot or share any other details?
In the meantime, I'd like to share this example of using Rise as a training schedule. This example has a copy course link you can use to copy the project to your dashboard!
