Using Storyline with Litmos Learning Record Store (LRS)

I have a decade of experience using Storyline, currently alongside Litmos, which has given me a strong understanding of course deployment etc.

Currently, we're looking to make use of Litmos' Learning Record Store (LRS) feature, but I've encountered a challenge. I've set up a trial course that includes a simple assessment and connected it to the LRS on SCORMCloud. I can see all the interaction statements flowing from the course to the LRS.

However, the difficulty arises when I try to replicate this with our active Litmos setup. I've activated the LRS within Litmos and entered the required credentials in Storyline's LRS publishing settings (all settings test ok). I'm uncertain about the next steps. When I review either my learning profile (I'm passing my credentials using the javascript option) or the reporting options available in Litmos, I'm unable to locate the interaction statements. While I can confirm that the course functions properly on SCORMCloud, I'm struggling to locate similar data within the Litmos environment.

If anyone has experience with this and can offer some guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
