Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the issue:
- Is this behavior happening in Preview or after Publishing (and if it's after publishing, which format are you selecting?)
- Can you reproduce this with a different video, or is it only happening to a specific one?
- Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive as it can cause erratic behavior.
If this is only happening with a specific video/project, can you share it through a support case so we can investigate?
